Delivery Policy

Times and Dates: Delivery times are approximate; delays may occur due to quality checks, shipment delays and other variables outside the control of The Furniture Factory Outlet.

Inspection: Goods may be unpacked for inspection before delivery but will be repackaged by The Furniture Factory Outlet.

Address: Delivery is only to residential or business addresses; no P.O. Boxes are accepted.

Access: Customers must notify The Furniture Factory Outlet of any difficult access conditions in advance, additional delivery charges may apply.

Storage Fees: A storage fee of $220 per week applies if goods are not collected within 14 days of full payment.

Contact: A contact person over 18 years of age is required for delivery. If no one is home to accept delivery, a Fee may be required to reschedule.
Customer Collect Policy
Pickup Hours: During Store Opening hours, Hours vary depending on Location

Self-Organised Pickup: Requires providing an invoice number or ID and signing the Dispatch Invoice.
Inspection and Claims

Inspection: Customers must check goods before leaving; any issues should be reported within 24 hours.

Delivery Delays: The Furniture Factory Outlet is not liable for delays beyond their control.
Storage and Delivery
Storage Fee: A $220 fee is charged after 7 days of a pickup delay.

Delivery Charges: Includes one delivery; additional fees apply for missed appointments or rescheduled deliveries.

Inspection at Delivery: Customers should inspect goods before signing acceptance; The Furniture Factory Outlet is not responsible for future damage claims.
